Na faxina do local onde me recolho para trabalhar realizada sempre no fim-de-ano, eis que encontro umapoeminha sem nenhuma pretensão por mim escrito na cidade de João Pessoa, acredito que em 2004-2005. O único alerta que faço aos que estiverem curiosos é ele foi escrito em inglês, língua 300 vezes mais simples que nosso amado português. Deleitem-se. Ou não:
Up Above and Down Below
Above us is the sky
Blue as it can be
Dark or light or even gray
Chaging moods throughtout the day
And if something that is above us
Can change so often in so little time
There's no hope for the human beings
Sometimes blue and questioning everything
Below us is the land
Earth, ground, whatever we may demand
Red, brown, white, green, or
Black as we may turn into
And if something that is below us
Can change so often in so little time
Maybe there's hope for the human beings
Always happy in reconstructing everything.
